Terms and Conditions Let`s Go Kraków Driving School – Please read before paying for service!

The Driver Training Center “Letsgo Kraków” provides training for candidates for category B driving licenses. A person applying for driving licence (the trainee) may begin training with parental or guardian consent three months before turning 18.

1. The trainee is responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents submitted to the center. A person cannot begin training if:

• They are under a court-ordered or disciplinary ban on driving motor vehicles.
• They have failed a psychological or medical examination.

The trainee must inform the center in writing of any circumstances preventing further participation in the course (e.g., driving license suspension, expired medical certificate). Failure to do so will result in full responsibility for any consequences or damages, including material losses.

2. Booking and Payment of Driving Lessons – Before driving, the trainee must:

• Sign up on the driving schedule of instructor after paying for each lesson in advance.
• Arrive on time at the scheduled session.

Lesson appointments are made by phone directly with the driving instructor. Monday till Friday from 8am till 6pm. An internal practical exam must be passed after 30 hours of driving  lessons:

• The first attempt is included in the course fee.
• Additional attempts require payment (1.5h or 2h per current rates of extra lessons).

3. Lesson Scheduling- Schedules are managed by instructors

Early booking is recommended (especially for express courses). The school does not guarantee availability on any given day or time. You need to be flexible to continue with express course otherwise you may need to follow standard course. During July, August, and September, high demand may lead to up to a 14-day wait for the first practical session.

 4. No-Show Policy- Instructors wait 20 minutes at the agreed location.

If the trainee doesn’t show up, they are charged 50 PLN per every arranged and not used training hour .

5. Canceling Lessons

Lessons can be cancelled without penalty fee at least 24 hours in advance. Penalty fee is 50 pln for every hour of arranged and missed training hour.

Rescheduling is only allowed after the 50 PLN per every missed training hour fee is paid if cancelled late.

6. Starting Locations

Lessons begin at: Orlen Petrol Station, ul. Nowohucka 71 , Kraków. Or another location agreed with the instructor.

7. Instructors can be changed at any stage of the training. Contact the driving school manager for this.

8. Standard driving course offers up to 4 hours of driving per week , express course offers up to 6 hours of driving per week. More hours require individual arrangements with the instructor.

9. Providing a car with automatic transmission for the state exam: 200 PLN

10. Practical Session Record Card

After each session: The trainee must sign the training card and a log of tasks must be completed.

If the trainee forgets the training card, the lesson may be cancelled and they will be charged 50 PLN per every arranged and not used hour.

11. Health & Safety –  sick trainees must cancel in advance. Proper footwear is required: no high heels, flip-flops, or barefoot driving. Basic hygiene is expected- non repulsive smell, clothing that will not stain the seat.

12. Instructor Refusal Rights -if the instructor notices: illness symptoms or improper footwear or poor hygiene or unpleasant odour they may refuse the session and charge 50 PLN/hour for every arranged and unused hour.

13. Additional Lessons Payment – to book extra lessons:

• Pay in advance via BLIK transfer
• Or declare a cash payment on the day (exact amount)

BLIK must include date and lesson length (e.g., “3^rd March, 2 hours”) and be sent at least 24h in advance.
After that, only exact amount in cash is accepted to be paid at the start of the lesson
If cancelled less than 24h in advance, 50 PLN/per every arranged hour is deducted.
Next booking possible only after paying the cancellation fee by BLIK

 14. Failure to follow instructions during driving practice may result in termination of the contract and a refund of the unused course fee.

 15. Alcohol & Substances – If the trainee is: intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or other substances the session is cancelled and a 300 PLN fee applies.

16. Course price is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of registration or BLIK deposit. After that, if the course price increases, the trainee must pay the difference. This applies in cases of delays or re-starting training. The price guarantee does not apply if fuel prices rise by more than 10% from the registration date.

17. If the trainee withdraws:

   A) from theory training, the refund is reduced by 200 PLN for initial costs covered by initial payment.

   B) From practical training, a refund is possible for unused lessons minus fees for completed lessons.       Refunds are issued within 7 days: in cash or by bank transfer

18. VAT Policy- Training prices are currently VAT-exempt under Polish law (Annex 4 of the VAT Act of 11.03.2004). If VAT tax laws change, prices will increase accordingly and affect customer who still have a balance to pay.
